There will be times when we may ask you about your race, ethnicity, and language preference, so that we can better understand our members.

We'll use this information to:
  • Plan and send member materials
  • Develop and/or improve certain member programs
  • Help your provider understand your language and health care needs

Your information will not change your benefits in any way and will be protected and not shared with unauthorized people.
