The Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) is a state program that makes sure children with behavioral health (mental health and/or substance use) or emotional needs get the necessary services to do well at home, in school and in the community.
CBHI services
Eligible children and teens under the age of 21 can get home- and community-based services, including:
- Family support and training (FS&T)
- In-home behavioral services (IHBS)
- In-home therapy (IHT)
- Intensive care coordination (ICC)
- Mobile crisis intervention (MCI)
- Therapeutic mentoring (TM)
