Looking for a behavioral health care provider?
You don’t need a referral from your primary care provider (PCP) to see a BH care provider. But your PCP may be able to help you find a professional in your area.
Several types of providers may offer outpatient counseling services. Learn more about what providers might be right for you.

When you need help right away
