Tufts Health Together members can access a large network of medical and behavioral health care providers, along with new programs and services, to improve physical and mental well-being whether in-person or in virtual settings.

Behavioral Health Service Navigation Program

Behavioral Health Service Navigation is a foundation of Tufts Health Plan’s whole-person care approach. Our highly trained and dedicated teams are ready to guide you from the very first phone call, to help ensure a compassionate and streamlined experience for you and your covered family members.

Our specially trained Behavioral Health Service Navigators provide personalized support and can help you:

  • Navigate the complex health care system through enhanced, personalized interactions.
  • Locate behavioral health network providers with availability, specialty, and cultural competency that supports your preferences.
  • Schedule timely appointments for your new or ongoing health needs.
  • Connect to exclusive resources, support tools and other services.

Behavioral health programs and services

Tufts Health Plan offers innovative behavioral health programs and services for children, adolescents and adults. These programs are designed to provide personalized and effective care, with a focus on improving access to care and overall health outcomes.

Valera Health 

Valera Health provides virtual therapy and psychiatry services for members aged 6+ in Massachusetts. From mild depression to severe schizophrenia, their expert clinicians have a collaborative approach, focused on your needs and overall well-being.

Cortica 

Cortica is a physician-led autism services provider in Massachusetts that offers advanced neurological therapies for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental differences. They provide a whole-child integrated care model which aims to significantly reduce wait times for diagnostic assessments, medical care, applied behavior analysis, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social skills coaching and counseling — all under one roof.

Substance Use Treatment

Our comprehensive approach to substance use disorder covers outpatient services and immersive inpatient treatments, ensuring support every step of the way for members who are dealing with alcohol use disorder, opioid addiction and other mental health challenges.

Spectrum Health Systems 

Spectrum Health Systems addresses alcohol use disorder and opioid addiction providing substance use disorder treatment options including inpatient detoxification, acute residential treatment, medication for substance use disorders, outpatient counseling and peer recovery support.

Better Life Partners 

Better Life Partners offers a care team of licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral clinicians, peer specialists and community health coordinators to support a path to healing from addiction addressing physical, emotional and social health needs.
