You can update your contact information, like address (residential/mailing), phone number or email address, 24/7 through your member portal, a self-service tool. All you need to create an account is your Tufts Health Plan member ID number and date of birth. If you do not know your member ID, check your member ID card. You can sign up on your home computer. Or you can download the free Tufts Health Plan app to access the portal on your mobile device. The app is available at the Apple App Store or Google Play.
As a MassHealth member, you need to notify MassHealth when your mailing address changes, or you will lose your MassHealth and Tufts Health Plan benefits. To update your mailing address, call MassHealth at 800-841-2900 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
If you are looking for a doctor or specialist in your area, use our Find a Doctor, Hospital, or Pharmacy tool to find primary care providers (PCPs), behavioral health (mental health and/or substance use) providers, specialists and other health care providers near you.
To choose or change your PCP, or to check if your doctor needs to get prior authorization (permission) for you to get a service, sign up for your member portal, a self-service tool, or log in if you already have an account. To order a new member ID card 24/7, sign up for your member portal, our self-service tool, or log in if you already have an account. You also can download the free Tufts Health Plan app to access the portal on your mobile device. The app is available at the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can also call us to request a new member ID card at 888-257-1985 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
Once you order your member ID card, you can expect to receive it in the mail within 15 business days.

Many Tufts MassHealth members have dental benefits. Some dental benefits are paid directly by MassHealth and some are paid by Tufts Health Plan. Learn more in the Covered Services List.
We aim to provide high-quality, cost-effective options for drug therapy. We work with your providers and pharmacists to make sure we cover the most important and useful drugs for a variety of conditions and diseases. Covered drugs are FREE for members.
The MassHealth Drug list (MHDL) provides a list of all drugs that are covered by Medicaid. All Medicaid plans in Massachusetts are required to use the same unified drug list. MassHealth updates the drug list every 6-7 weeks.
