- Help you decide whether or not you should go to the emergency room

Our 24/7 NurseLine does not replace your primary care provider (PCP). Call 911 or go to the emergency room if you need emergency care. For a behavioral health (mental health and/or substance use) issue, contact your local emergency services provider. For non-urgent needs, call your PCP.
