In observance of the Labor Day holiday, our Member Services departments will be closed on Monday, September 2. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Your member ID card

You should get a Tufts Health RITogether member ID card shortly after you are enrolled. This card holds important data. As a RIte Care, Rhody Health Partners or Medicaid Expansion member, you will also have a Rhode Island Medicaid ID card. This card is known as the Anchor card.

  • Carry your Tufts Health RITogether ID and Rhode Island Medicaid card with you at all times. Show them at health care providers or pharmacies.
  • Is your ID card damaged, lost or stolen? Call us right away at 866-738-4116 (TTY: 711). We’re available Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm. We will send you a new card.
