Good Measures

With Good Measures,* a breakthrough nutrition coaching program available at no cost to members, you can work one-on-one with a registered dietitian, who can create a meal plan just for you. The dietitian can give you recipes for healthy versions of foods your family enjoys. You can get support by phone, computer or tablet at times that work for you. The Good Measures app and website help you choose healthy foods and track your progress.

Omada is a 16-week lifestyle program. Omada can help you live a happier, healthier life—one habit at a time. With this program, you’ll have the tools and support you need to lose weight, gain energy and take control of your health. 

The program includes access to interactive lessons, an online community and support from a coach. And you’ll get a wireless scale connected to your personal account.
