Advanced care for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental differences

Children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental differences can get advanced care through one provider.

We’re collaborating with Cortica, a physician-led health care organization that delivers a full range of advanced neurological therapies that improve children’s outcomes. Cortica’s team of physicians, nurse practitioners, applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapists, and counselors provides members with compassionate services, including:

  • Diagnostic evaluations
  • ABA
  • Speech therapy
  • Physical therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Music therapy
  • Medical specialist visits
  • Individual and family therapy and skill building

Evidence-based care

The Cortica care model treats the whole person by integrating medical care with applied behavioral analysis (ABA), developmental therapies (including speech, physical, music and occupational therapies) and counseling. It more completely and successfully supports children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental differences who need help with:

  • Communication
  • Social skills and attention
  • Emotion regulation
  • Sensory processing
  • Fine and gross motor skills
  • Seizures and sleep
  • Nutrition and gastrointestinal issues
  • Anxiety

Services can be delivered in a Cortica center, at home, in the community and at school. Telehealth services also are available.
