Your Pharmacy Claims – Important Information

We experienced an issue between January 1, 2023, and February 2, 2023, with our vendor who manages coverage for drugs, Optum Rx.

The issue may have caused your coverage with Tufts Health Together to appear inactive. This was an error – you still have active coverage with Tufts Health Together.

Because of this issue, you may have had an issue getting a drug that should have been covered by Tufts Health Together. We want you to know that we have fixed these issues. Your pharmacy should now be able to give you your drug(s) as needed.

  • If you were unable to pick up your drugs during this time, and have not yet received your medication, please contact your pharmacy right away to get it filled
  • If, during this time, you paid out of pocket for drug(s) that should have been covered by Tufts Health Together, Tufts will pay you back. Please fill out the Prescription Reimbursement Request Form and mail it to OptumRX at:
