Are your drugs covered?

Your plan covers first-time prescriptions and refills. We also cover some over-the-counter (OTC) drugs with a provider’s prescription. To find out if a certain drug is covered, check our preferred drug list (PDL). We update the PDL every month.

 The PDL applies only to drugs you get at pharmacies. It does not apply to drugs you get at the hospital. 

Our plan does not cover all drugs. Some drugs must meet certain guidelines before we can cover them. Your provider must ask us for prior approval (PA) before we will cover these drugs.
