With your Tufts Health One Care plan, you get access to high-quality health care services, including the following, at no cost to you:
- Visits to doctors and specialists, and hospital stays
- X-rays and lab tests
- Prescription drugs and prescribed over-the-counter drugs
- Check the List of Covered Drugs (Drug List) to see if your drugs are covered
- Eye exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Dental services for preventive and medically necessary care
You also get added support to help you manage your health, such as:
- A dedicated care team of doctors, nurses, mental health advocates and social workers who work with you, listen and does what it takes to get you the care you need.
- Care management through Cityblock
- Access to in-home urgent care, so you can receive treatment for acute care concerns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without having to leave home.
- Support that goes beyond medical care. You can count on your Cityblock care coordinator to help you with everyday things such as getting quick answers from a doctor, groceries or rides to your appointments.
