UMass Memorial physicians and hospitals (UMass Memorial Medical Center, HealthAlliance-Clinton, and Marlborough) remain in our network for 2023.

That means you can continue to see your in-network UMass Memorial providers in 2023.
Some members got a letter from UMass Memorial Health Care telling them that it is not in the Tufts Health Direct network for 2023. We’re pleased to say that information is incorrect. UMass Memorial is part of the Tufts Health Direct network in 2023.
