We’re here to listen!
Tufts Health Plan wants to know how you feel about your health plan. We’re working with Consumer Assessment of Healthcare and Provider Systems (CAHPS) and SPH Analytics to survey our members. The surveys give us a chance to listen to our members and help them have positive experiences while they’re getting the care they need.
The surveys will be sent to a random sample of adult members between January and May 2023. Those chosen to participate will be contacted by mail or telephone.
If you get a survey, please take a moment to share your thoughts. The survey will have a QR code that you can use to respond electronically. Your feedback will help us better understand what you expect of your health plan. It will also let us know about concerns you have and how satisfied you are. The answers you and other members provide will help us improve our plans.
Your answers will be kept private. They will not affect your health coverage.
