Members can manage their coverage and pharmacy benefits, as well as take charge of their health and update their personal information.


Now members can talk to doctors or therapists by web, phone or mobile app 24/7/365. Tufts Health Plan, powered by Teladoc,® introduces telehealth—a convenient, affordable new way to access quality care for general medical and behavioral health services. With telehealth, members can connect from the comfort of home, during their lunch break or while traveling throughout the country. They can even get a prescription sent to their local pharmacy, when medically necessary.

“All-in-One” Provider Search + Treatment Cost Estimator

On our member web portal at, members have access to an integrated provider search and treatment cost estimator tool. Members can use the tool to research providers and treatments, accessing information that empowers confident, value-driven choices—all in one place. The tool offers the total cost and a comprehensive treatment timeline for an episode of care, delivering full-picture insights that can lead to more cost-effective choices and lower costs all around.


The price of health care varies widely throughout New England, so it pays to shop around.

That’s why we’ve introduced MyRewards from Tufts Health Plan, where members can get rewarded for choosing high-quality, lower-cost providers and services. Once members opt in, they can save money and earn money as they shop for coverage of health care services—like mammograms, colonoscopies and MRIs.

They can pick a rewardable service and earn a gift card worth $50-$100 (up to $500 in rewards per year for each covered member).
