Find a physical, occupational, and speech therapist

All CCHC physical, occupational, and speech therapists are automatically in tier 1, which means you’ll receive tier 1 benefits using CCHC providers. Unfortunately, these providers do not show up in the Tufts Health Plan Provider Search tool because they are contracted with the Hospital rather than as individual providers.
