Not Sure Which Plan Type to Choose?

We have a few different secure member websites. We ask that you select your plan type to login so we can get you to the correct one.

Employer, Individual or Family Plans

These are plans that you get through your employer, or that you have purchased as an individual or for your family either directly from Tufts Health Plan or through the Massachusetts Health Connector or HSA.

Medicare Plans

You must meet certain criteria to enroll in a medicare plan. If you have a medicare plan, you may have enrolled through tuftsmedicarepreferred.org. These plans include Medicare Advantage plans, Senior Care Options, and Supplement plans.

Tufts Health RITogether

This is our Rhode Island Medicaid plan. You may have enrolled in this plan through the State of Rhode Island or HealthSource RI.

Tufts Health Direct, Tufts Health Together and Tufts Health One Care Plans

These are our Public Plans offerings in Massachusetts. Tufts Health Together Plans (Medicaid/MassHealth) include Tufts Health Together, Tufts Health Together with CHA, and Tufts Health Together with UMass Memorial Health.
