Find a doctor or other provider

Your PCP is the person you will see for much of your care. He or she helps keep you healthy. If you do not currently use CHA for primary care, you can search for a PCP in our network at TuftsHealthTogether.com/CHA.

Talk with your PCP about staying in-network before you make an appointment. In-network means you receive care within the network of providers for your health plan. The network includes:

  • CHA specialists
  • CHA hospitals
  • Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
  • MassGeneral Hospital for Children, and other in-network providers

You also can call us at 888-257-1985 (TTY: 711) and follow the prompts. Our member services team can help you find a provider who is right for your age, health concern or treatment you need.
