Are you new to CHA? Call the CHA primary care call center at 617-665-1305. If you have been to CHA for primary care in the past, call your primary care center directly. If you don’t know the number, call 617-665-1000. Or visit challiance.org.
Your CHA primary care team is your home for health care. Your primary care doctor leads your team. You can see your team members for sick visits and routine checkups. They will set up your specialty and mental health visits. They can also suggest new wellness options like CHA yoga or mindfulness. Schedule a visit with your primary care team right away, even if you feel healthy. Checkups are covered in full.
CHA primary care locations are certified as primary care homes by the National Committee for Quality Assurance and the Massachusetts Health Policy Commission.
Your care team values differences of all kinds. All CHA care centers have interpreters in more than 60 languages. They are available 24/7 to help people in person, by phone and by video.
You can call your CHA primary care center 24/7. All CHA care centers offer sick visits. If you can’t make it to your doctor, try CHA’s urgent care center at 33 Tower Street in Somerville. Or, use CHA’s urgent care partners CareWell or Beth Israel Deaconess Urgent Care in Chelsea.

If you need an interpreter for a medical, behavioral health or dental visit, we can help. Please call member services at 888-257-1985 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call at least 72 hours before your visit. If you need an American Sign Language interpreter, please call at least two weeks prior to your visit.
