Eligible Tufts Health RITogether members can get these great EXTRAS: 

  • Children and adults can get a $25 Shaw’s supermarket gift card and teens can get a $10 Target store gift card for having an annual wellness visit.
  • Members with diabetes can get a $25 Shaw's gift card for completing five routine annual screenings with their provider. These tests are an eye exam, two blood sugar (HbA1c) tests, a protein test and a blood cholesterol test.
  • Members can get up to $50 back on gym fees or fitness activities.
  • Eligible members can get a $25 Target store gift card to use toward a child’s car seat or booster seat. 

To get EXTRAS, go to TuftsHealthPlan.com/RITogetherExtras. Fill out an EXTRAS form and mail it.

Call us at 866-738-4116 (TTY: 711) Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. to ask about your benefits, and your rights and responsibilities. You can ask for a printed copy of your Member Handbook in other formats, such as large print or braille. We can give you material in different languages. 

We have bilingual staff and free translation services in more than 200 languages.

The Rhode Island All-Payer Claims Database

All health plans in Rhode Island, including Tufts Health Plan, send claims information to the Rhode Island All-Payer Claims Database (APCD). The APCD as part of the State’s work on health care reform. Policy makers use APCD reports to make better health care decisions.

Your claims data will be included in the APCD. We send this data securely, and it is anonymous. That means that people’s names are not sent.

We hope that you will choose to be a part of the APCD to help improve health care in Rhode Island. However, you can choose not to take part. Adults can opt out themselves. Parents/guardians of members under the age of 18 can opt out on their dependent’s behalf.
