Our EXTRAS program
Eligible Tufts Health RITogether members can get these great EXTRAS:
- Children, teens and adults can get a Target store gift card for having a yearly checkup.
- Adult members (18 and older) can get a Target store gift card for having a yearly checkup.
- Members with diabetes can get a $25 Shaw's gift card for completing five routine annual screenings with your provider (an eye exam, two blood sugar (HbA1c) tests, a protein test and a blood cholesterol test).
- Members can get up to $50 back on gym fees or fitness activities.
- Eligible members can get a $25 Target store gift card to use toward a child’s car seat or booster seat.

We can give you material in other formats and different languages. We have bilingual staff available and free translation services in more than 200 languages.
The Rhode Island All-Payer Claims Database
All health plans in Rhode Island, including Tufts Health Plan, send claims information to the Rhode Island All-Payer Claims Database (APCD). Rhode Island developed the APCD as part of its work on health care reform. Policy makers use APCD reports to make better health care decisions.
As a member of Tufts Health RITogether, your claims data will be included in the APCD. We send this information securely, and it is anonymous. That means that people’s names are not included.
We hope that you will choose to be a part of the APCD to help improve health care in Rhode Island. However, you can choose not to take part. Adults can opt out themselves. Parents/guardians of members under the age of 18 can opt out on their dependent’s behalf.
