  • Understand your benefits and coverage
  • Find a provider or urgent care clinic
  • Get new a member ID card if you lose yours

Our member portal is an easy way to find the information you need any time! You can search for a provider or choose a PCP (primary care provider). You can also view your new member ID card and more. Sign up at TuftsHealthPlan.com/MemberLogin.
