We believe in turning possibilities into realities.
Tufts Health One Care (Medicare-Medicaid plan) and Tufts Health Plan have teamed up with Special Olympics Massachusetts (SOMA) to foster inclusion across the state.
As SOMA’s official Health Insurance Partner, we’re proud to help empower individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families.
Tufts Health One Care is a health plan for adults who have both Medicare and Medicaid. It’s a plan that focuses on health, wellness and empowerment. Our mission? To make it easier for members with intellectual and/or physical disabilities or complex health issues to manage their health. Members get more benefits than they have with separate MassHealth and Medicare plans at $0 added costs to them. And they get the services and support to live their lives to the fullest.
