Recognizing Healthy Heroes
You can nominate someone in the Special Olympics Massachusetts (SOMA) community – an athlete, family member, caregiver, etc., – for our quarterly Tufts Health Plan Healthy Hero Award.
You can nominate a deserving person (or group of people) who:
- Is a good role model who exemplifies the importance of making healthy and empowering choices
- Is a SOMA athlete or family member/caregiver of an athlete
- Helps SOMA athletes and/or family members reach their health and wellness goals
- Demonstrates how healthy choices can improve the lives of SOMA athletes and their families
The winner will receive a Tufts Health Plan Healthy Hero Award certificate and some fun giveaways. We’ll also donate $500 to SOMA in the recipient’s name.
