Behavioral Health Services
Information, tools, and support for our members
Tufts Health Plan provides a wide range of behavioral health and substance abuse information, tools, and support for our members. For plans with behavioral health benefits administered by Tufts Health Plan, we offer coverage for outpatient care services (including behavioral health and substance abuse treatment, medication, evaluation, and monitoring), and we contract with selected hospitals to provide emergency, inpatient, and partial hospitalization for behavioral health and substance abuse care.
Outpatient care
We can help you determine which type of behavioral health professional is right for your outpatient treatment, and provide you with questions to ask when choosing one. Our network of behavioral health providers can provide outpatient diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Substance and alcohol use
- ADHD
- Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Eating disorders
- OCD
