Employers - help us help you
We ask employers to share information such as race, ethnicity, and language to help better communicate with the diverse populations we serve. We’ve found that culturally and linguistically tailored programs enhance members’ satisfaction with their health care and also help them make better, healthier choices.
We collect REL data from members on our secure portal at mytuftshealthplan.com. And employers can support this effort by:
