We are committed to improving the health and wellness of the diverse communities we serve, and we are continually looking for ways to improve our member experience. We believe that understanding differences in social determinants and health status of our varied member populations is critical to improving the quality of health for all.
We ask employers to share information such as race, ethnicity, and language to help better communicate with the diverse populations we serve. We’ve found that culturally and linguistically tailored programs enhance members’ satisfaction with their health care and also help them make better, healthier choices.
