We’re working with SPH Analytics to send the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare and Provider Systems (CAHPS) survey. A random sample of Tufts Health Plan members will receive the survey by mail between January and May 2023.

If you get a survey in your mailbox, please share your thoughts with us. 

Your feedback will help us understand the expectations you have of your health plan, any concerns you may have and how satisfied you are with your plan. We’ll carefully review the feedback and use that knowledge to help us improve our plans and your overall experience.
