Canton, Mass. — Point32Health and its family of companies, including Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan, is carefully examining today’s Supreme Court decision, Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, which overturnedthe long-standing precedent of Roe v. Wade, to understand its implications for our members.

We know this is a deeply personal issue for many of our members, including our own employees.  We remain committed to ensuring our members have access to all benefits and services that are part of their benefit plan.  This decision does not and will not change our commitment.  We are evaluating a number of options to help our members  who are unable to access these benefits and services based on their location. 

We will have additional information and guidance for our members, providers and clients in the coming days.
