AIM Specialty Health® (AIM) will oversee medical necessity review for certain genetic/genomic or molecular diagnostic testing services for Tufts Health Public Plans as of Oct. 1, 2022. Tufts Health Plan and AIM will be offering provider education webinars for those who want to learn more about prior authorization for genetic/genomic and molecular testing. These one-hour sessions will provide useful information about the program and an opportunity to receive answers to any questions you may have.
