How to Quit Smoking - Resources + Tools

Tufts Health Public Plans

Freedom From Smoking® Online is a program offered by the American Lung Association. It provides tools and techniques that may help your patients successfully stop smoking. Move through the educational modules at your own pace and reach out to others to build an online support system.

Smokefree.gov was created by the Tobacco Control Research Branch of the National Cancer Institute. It provides free, accurate, up-to-date information and professional help to support your immediate and long-term needs to quit smoking.
