Individuals and families could get thousands of dollars in federal money, including $250-$300 per child per month under the 2021 Child Tax Credit and any missed stimulus payments for themselves or their children/dependents - $600-$3200 per person, but they must sign up by November 15.

Money received through the Child Tax Credit and stimulus payments do NOT count for MassHealth, SNAP, TAFDC, SSI, public housing or most other benefits. Getting this money also does not impact immigration status or the status of people who live with them.
