Update Your Personal Information

There are three ways you can update your information:

  • Visit Tufts Health Member Connect (link opens outside of Tufts Health Plan’s website). Don’t have a Tufts Health Member Connect account yet? Sign up! (link opens outside of Tufts Health Plan’s website)
  • Call us at 855.393.3154 (TTY: 711). 
  • Send us mail:

Be sure to let us know if:

  • Your address, phone number or email changes
  • Your marital status changes
  • You become pregnant or have a baby
  • Your income changes
  • You get new health insurance
  • Your immigration status changes
  • You no longer get Medicare benefits
  • You no longer get MassHealth benefits
