Your Member ID Card
Once you’re enrolled in Tufts Health RITogether, you'll get a member ID card. This card has important information for you and your providers. As a RIte Care, Rhody Health Partners or Rhody Health Partners Expansion member of Tufts Health RITogether, you will also have a Rhode Island Medicaid ID card (also known as the Anchor card).
- Always show your Tufts Health RITogether ID card and your Rhode Island Medicaid card when you go to a health care provider or pharmacy.
- If your member ID card is ever damaged, lost or stolen, call us right away at 866.738.4116 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. We will send you a new card.

Always carry your Tufts Health RITogether and Rhode Island Medicaid ID cards with you so you have them when you need care. Show both your Tufts Health RITogether and Rhode Island Medicaid ID cards when you get health care or fill a prescription.
