Take your Wellbeing Assessment (WBA)
This online questionnaire helps educate you about your current health status and recommends ways you can take action to improve your health. After completing your WBA, you’ll receive a personal health report that outlines your overall wellness score, and health risk areas. The report also contains personal advice, tools and programs that you can use to improve your health.
Enroll in wellness coaching
Telephonic Lifestyle Coaching* provides you with unlimited access by phone or secure email to a health coach for six months.
Virtual Coaching offers you access to a series of online, interactive programs that can put you on the path toward meeting your health-related goals. You can learn and work on your goals at your own pace and at a time that works best for you. Choose from the following topics:

You may also be eligible for condition management1
