Tufts Health Plan is committed to providing access to high-quality care to keep its members healthy. Due to COVID-19, you may have delayed scheduling a mammogram, colonoscopy or MRI, but now you can schedule these important procedures and EARN up to $100 per each service.

Sign up for MyRewards when you schedule your appointment and get rewarded1 for choosing high-quality, cost-effective providers. Log in to your secure account at mytuftshealthplan.com to:

  • Estimate and compare treatment costs
  • Find providers and facilities that display a green trophy
  • Claim your reward after receiving care 

As the country gradually reopens, many health care providers are once again scheduling routine services under strict safety guidelines from the state. Ask your doctor about the protocols to follow.   

  1. Up to $500 per covered member and per year

    MyRewards is available to fully-insured members in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, excluding Tufts Health Direct. Buy-up options are available for self-insured employers in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. MyRewards is not available with tiered products or CareLink. If you’re not sure whether your plan includes MyRewards, ask your employer. Members should refer to their member benefit documents for details regarding benefits and coverage.
