Our Free Mobile App Is Better Than Ever

Take your benefits to go with these new improvements

Members can now do more things than ever with our free mobile app. We’ve enhanced the user experience to help members stay actively engaged with their health plan whenever and wherever they want. If you don’t already have the app, download it from the App Store or Google Play under “Tufts Health Plan" and check out these new features:

Health & Wellness

Provides access to a rich array of resources to start living a healthy lifestyle, including:

Our Wellbeing Assessment, which generates a personal plan to help improve the member’s health
Healthy 30-minute meals
Wellness-related games and quizzes
Our library of health and condition information,
And more

Access Telehealth by Teladoc^®

Offers virtual access 24/7 worldwide to Teladoc’s network of U.S. board-certified doctors for general medical care, behavioral health, and dermatology. The new single sign-on feature allows members who are registered with Teladoc to directly access the service from our mobile app rather than needing to access it separately through the Teladoc app or Teladoc website. These members will be brought right to their Teladoc personalized homepage from the mobile app.

If the member is not yet registered with Teladoc, when they click on the mobile app Teladoc link they’ll be brought to Teladoc’s registration page. Then the next time the member accesses the mobile app Teladoc link, they will be brought directly to their personalized Teladoc homepage without needing to first enter their login credentials.

Tax Forms

Members can view and download completed tax forms generated by Tufts Health Plan.

Manage My Account

Members can change/edit any of the features, including alternate login method (touch ID or PIN), password, their primary care provider, security questions and answers, and e-delivery preferences. Everything except for their email address, which they may change by logging into their account on a desktop device.

These new enhancements will make it more convenient than ever for members to engage with their health benefits.
