Tufts Health Plan Introduces NEW Living Well Platform

New for 2022

Tufts Health Plan is now offering Living WellSM, a new wellness platform, providing participants with a robust online solution to support their wellbeing. Like previous Tufts Health Plan wellness offerings, this new platform will be available to Tufts Health Plan participants through their secure member account.

Living Well participants can earn rewards by engaging in a variety of informative and fun activities focused on different wellness topics, including stress management, healthy eating, financial literacy, health plan literacy, and self-care. Users can pick and choose wellness activities that best fit with their goals and lifestyle. The Living Well platform equips participants with a variety of tools to help them customize their wellness program, ranging from personal health coaches to Living Well at Home virtual wellness classes and webinars. 

By engaging in the Living Well program, all participants have the opportunity to earn rewards. Rewards vary by employer and plan type and may include points toward monthly gift card drawings or up to $120 in gift cards.

Rewards of up to $120 in gift cards are available for fully-insured commercial accounts rated as large group, with 51-999 eligible employees, excluding Tufts Health Direct and participants of employer-customized programs. Rewards for other participants will vary by employer and may include points toward monthly gift card drawings. Rewards may be taxable, please consult with your tax adviser.
