If you are seeking health care services within Massachusetts, Rhode Island or New Hampshire, the Tufts Health Plan Medical Necessity Guidelines (MNGs) will apply.

If you are seeking health care services outside of Massachusetts, Rhode Island or New Hampshire, you have access to the Cigna PPO provider network.  Cigna Medical Necessity Guidelines (MNGs) may apply when you see a Cigna provider.
