Tufts Health Plan and Boston Children’s ACO are working together to improve the health and wellness of our pediatric MassHealth members through an innovative accountable care organization (ACO). As a member, your child gets medical, dental and behavioral health care services in an integrated way.

Join our member portal and choose a PCP

Our member portal is the easiest way to get the information you need any time. Find a health care provider, view your new member ID card and more.

Your child will need to have a primary care provider (PCP) who accepts Tufts Health Together with Boston Children’s ACO. Your child’s PCP is the person who will provide much of your child’s care.

Find a doctor or other provider

Your child’s PCP helps your child stay healthy. Talk with your child’s PCP about staying in-network before you make an appointment with a specialist. Staying in-network means getting care within the network of providers for your health plan.

You also can call us at 888-257-1985 (TTY: 711) and follow the prompts. Our member services team can help you find a provider who is right for your age, health concern and type of treatment.

With Tufts Health Together with Boston Children’s ACO, your child gets all the benefits of MassHealth, including:

  • Visits to doctors and specialists
  • Prescription and select over-the-counter drugs (covered in full for members younger than 21)
  • Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) services
  • Early intervention services
  • Eye exams and eyeglasses

Through Boston Children’s ACO, you have access to: A community-based asthma program. This program includes a thorough in-home assessment to help you manage your child’s asthma at home.
