Eligible Tufts Health RITogether members can get these great EXTRAS:

  • Children, teens and adults can get a Target store gift card for having a yearly checkup.
  • Adult members (18 and older) can get a Target store gift card for having a yearly checkup.
  • Members with diabetes can get a $25 Shaw's gift card for completing five routine annual screenings with your provider (an eye exam, two blood sugar (HbA1c) tests, a protein test and a blood cholesterol test).
  • Members can get up to $50 back on gym fees or fitness activities.
  • Eligible members can get a $25 Target store gift card to use toward a child’s car seat or booster seat.

To get EXTRAS, go to tuftshealthplan.com/ritogetherextras and fill out an EXTRAS form. Note: EXTRAS may change. Some restrictions may apply. We can stop giving EXTRAS at any time.
