Tufts Health One Care is a health plan for adults who have both Medicare and Medicaid. It’s a plan that focuses on health, wellness and empowerment. Our mission? To make it easier for members with intellectual and/or physical disabilities or complex health issues to manage their health. Members get more benefits than they have with separate MassHealth and Medicare plans at $0 added costs to them. And they get the services and support to live their lives to the fullest.
