It’s about cultivating relationships, building trust and supporting our brokers, partners, providers and members. What’s it like working in Sales at Tufts Health Plan?

  • Collaborative: We work closely with each other and with other groups within the organization, from care management to marketing to analytics, sharing knowledge and making sure we’re all on the same page.
  • Dynamic: On any given day, our team members can be found pounding the pavement, crunching numbers, meeting with prospects, managing account relationships, giving educational presentations in the community, spending time in provider practices, training new sales reps, and researching new channels—to give just a few examples.
  • Connected: Our teams regularly come together for meetings, speakers and brainstorming sessions, as well as social gatherings—whether it’s a night of bowling to celebrate a sales milestone or a backyard potluck during the annual meeting.
