Our voice is an approachable, empathetic, collaborative, and straightforward two-way conversation. We speak with our audiences, empathizing with their unique circumstances, and coming from a place of understanding that health is a big part of all our lives.

Separating Tufts Health Plan

When we talk about ourselves, we are always Tufts Health Plan and never just Tufts. This is more than a guideline or rule. It’s a legal requirement. By law we are obligated to always refer to ourselves as Tufts Health Plan. This is to avoid confusion with the university or the medical center.

No more tagline

Many of our past efforts featured the tagline “No one does more to keep you healthy.” Though wellness is still a key component of our brand and our corporate philosophy, we will no longer be using the tagline. Given the fact that two-thirds of our business is with Federal and state government, existing regulations do not allow the use of such taglines.
